A few of the features that set this doozy of a unit apart include polished concrete floors, subway and hexagon tiling (in the commode), modern birch cabinets, built-in closet storage, and a color scheme that's as warm as it is inviting ("Come and knock on our doooorrr..."). It's all turn-key in here, folks. Our favorite part, still, is the downtown delights just hops/skips/jumps away: wander casually to Finca or Pallet. Cup o' morning coffee at the Rose Establishment. Fresh veggies at the Farmer's Market. There's a reason these spaces don't stay on the market long.
