From the moment I walked into this house it felt like home. With the open kitchen/dining room/living room space I always felt like my everyone in my home was close without being crowded. This is definitely one of my favorite attributes of the house. My favorite room in the house is the overly large family room at the back of the home. In this room there is an exposed brick wall and for some reason i am really drawn to that wall. We used it as a gym/office/TV room, and had plenty of room for all of that and more! That room is also bright and sunny, even in the winter, so it is a very nice place to hang out. I also like that the bedrooms are separate from the living area. That helped minimize disruptions by loud tv, gaming, entertaining or other things that may be going on. Having the entire house on one level gives this home a roomy feeling yet a very efficient layout. Having a main floor laundry with a large folding counter was a giant bonus too! The location of the home was also very ideal. I also love how accessible all areas of the valley are from this house. Just outside of Sugarhouse, close to the canyons, close to shopping and getting downtown was a breeze with both I-80 and I-15 less than five minutes away. Restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters are easy to get to without feeling like you live in a commercial area. The neighbors are also great and we all watch out for each other which gives it a neighborhood feeling.
